The café is run by Nicolai Byrholt Garre. He is a trained chef from Restaurant Sommelier in Copenhagen. Søllerød Kro and Alberto K. In addition, he has helped run Restaurant Jacobsen at the Bellevue Theater as well as being the chef at a smaller hotel in Provence in Southern France. Over the past few years he has been associated with the TV program MasterChef as a gastronomic developer and consultant. Nicolai’s foodstyle is Nordic with a focus on good ingredients. When Nicolai is not at M / S Café, he is a partner in Mundwerk, food consultant and general manager of Restaurant Hestkøbgaard at Furesø Golf Club.
Henri is our talented chef. He has worked at prominent restaurants, such as Jan Hurtigkarl & Co., and has written a number of cookbooks, including in collaboration with Lene Hansson.
